I drove home this evening reflecting upon the professional generosity of the members of the ELT family who freely gave their valuable time to carry out an enquiry in our academy today. The day was focussed and purposeful with a clear understanding of the line of enquiry the team wished to explore. It gave non judgemental insight and challenge. It gave external validation and the opportunity to celebrate our journey so far whilst exploring how we will plan for the journey ahead. Working with valued, trusted and respected professionals from across the Trust and its academies is just one of the many benefits of being a member of the ELT family. Thank you to those who supported us today.
